The 33-year-old has graced the catwalk for brands such as Alexander McQueen and has appeared on countless glossy magazine covers, including ELLE, Vogue and Harper's Bazaar.
Bundchen's huge fortune completely eclipses Kerr's $US7.2 million, earnings over the last year.
Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima comes in at third place, having strutted her stuff for $US6 million.
British beauty Kate Moss has appeared in several campaigns and shows in 2012 and it seems to have paid off, as she takes fourth place with $US5.7 million.Liu Wen and Hilary Rhoda take fifth and sixth place respectively, having earned $US4.3 million and $US4 million.
Carolyn Murphy, who hosted US show Project Runway All Stars in 2012, comes in seventh with $US3.6 million.
Hot on her heels is Joan Smalls, who earned $US3.5 million, putting her in eighth place.
The last two places were taken by blonde bombshells: Candice Swanepoel took home $US3.3 million, while new mum Lara Stone raked in $US3.2 million.
Forbes insists it's the beauties' business sense that helped them make the top ten, with Bundchen, Kerr and Moss all having clothing, accessory or cosmetics lines to bulk up their fortune.
Victoria's Secret also seems to be a clear winner, with many of those in the list having walked for the lingerie brand.
