This may come as a shock to most eastern seaboard dwellers, but the sun actually sets in the ocean in some parts of the world, like Western Australian, or Los Angeles where Lara Bingle and Sam Worthington are allegedly holed up awaiting the arrival of their long-awaited first child.

The internet, and the local media, ate itself on Friday when the beauty entrepreneur and model shared a photo of the sun sinking into the ocean with the caption: "Arrived at the perfect time today. #sunset". It's that piece of information – geographical information – the 6053 people who have since liked and commented on the Instagram post published by Bingle, sorry, Bingle Worthington, should take away from the photo.
"OMG as in the baby? Amazing I wonder what they'll call it?," one fan wrote.
"She's probably just saying she arrived at the beach to see sunset? Lol #calmdown," another commented.
The Bingle Worthington camp is keeping mum, unless of course the tot is, or will be, called "#sunset".
"We can't offer any comment but thank you for checking," The Base founder's polite representative told Fairfax Media on Groundhog Day.
Bingle's mother, Sharon, who was by her daughter's side when she was photographed in Palm Springs at six months pregnant in January, according to OK! and Woman's Day, doesn't appear to be in the US after posting a heartfelt message on Instagram on Thursday.
"Missing you," she wrote and tagged Bingle into a cartoon which said, "Mothers and daughters share a bond that is everlasting."
On Friday the soon-to-be grandmother was encouraging her followers to "stay in bed", highly unusual activity for a new nanna, no?
