Miranda Kerr: denies she's dating billionaire James Packer.
American showbiz website E!News is claiming there is "no truth" to the reports that the two are in a relationship, but fails to identify its source.
However, E! News’ ambiguous denial comes just 48 hours after sources close to both Packer and Kerr confirmed to PS on Sunday night that the pair had been "dating".
The sources also went to great lengths to make it clear that the relationship was in its very early stages after a long friendship, rumours of which began circulating over a month ago during the Melbourne Cup.

On Monday morning, Woman’s Day magazine reported that the 30-year-old model and the 46-year-old casino mogul were now an item, describing it as a "red hot romance".
The union follows the abrupt end of their respective marriages, Kerr to Hollywood heart-throb Orlando Bloom and Packer to former model Erica Packer.
The high-profile marriages were pronounced dead a mere month apart and Kerr was photographed with Bloom in New York on the same day she was reportedly starting a relationship with Packer.
She was also linked to fellow actor Leonardo DiCaprio a fortnight ago, the pair dining together in Las Vegas.
Woman’s Day editor Fiona Connolly told PS on Tuesday she still backed the story "100 per cent", adding that "it is only strengthening since we published on Monday" and doubting the veracity of the E! News report.
Both the Packers are long-term friends of Kerr and Bloom.
Their respective families holidayed together at luxury resorts in Tahiti last year, just months before their marriages broke down.
They were also known to mix in the same circles in Los Angeles in more recent months.
Kerr and Erica Packer both grew up in Gunnedah, in north-west NSW.
Both women follow a long line of brunette beauties whom Packer has courted over the years, including model Jennifer Flavin, former fiancee Kate Fischer and his first wife, bikini model Jodhi Meares.
Last month, Erica Packer featured on the cover of Vogue Australia and returned to Sydney briefly to launch the issue, in which she discussed her marriage breakdown but did not divulge the reasons that it had come to such an abrupt end when, just weeks before, it appeared stable following the birth of their third child, daughter Emmanuelle, just one year ago.
