Introducing goodfood.com.au

Hello subscribers,

Next week we launch our new food and wine website, www.goodfood.com.au.

It will be the most comprehensive food and wine site in Australia, housing all Fairfax food and wine content in the one destination.

Recipes from your favourite chefs will be there, from Neil Perry to Karen Martini. Plus some exciting new columnists too.  We’ll also have a regular how-to series tackling everything from carving a ham to making vinaigrette.

That’s the COOK section. It is where you can find all the content you currently read in Cuisine.

But there’s more to the site than that. Our other sections are:

EAT OUT – featuring restaurant, bar, pub and cafe reviews, including those from our Good Food Guides. Read a review and then make a booking. When you’re done, jump back on the site and add your thoughts and a star rating.

FOOD NEWS – a daily update on the moves and changes in the Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane dining scenes.

DRINK – a guide to wine, beer and cocktails. There will be new wine reviews each week from some of Australia’s top critics. Read a review and buy the wine. Then report back with your thoughts using the comment function.

In short, our aim is to provide the information you need to choose a restaurant, pick a wine or make a dish, whenever you need it.

The newsletter
From next week you’ll receive this newsletter on a Friday. The layout will look a bit different, but all the content you love will still be included.

I hope you like the new site. Please send any feedback to editorial@goodfood.com.au.

See you on goodfood.com.au next week,

Sarah McInerney and the team
