London's hottest s/s 2013 runway looks

We bring you some of London Fashion Week's favourite looks, from the sheer, wind-catching layers of knitwear maestro Mark Fast to the Space Odyssey-meets My Little Pony metallic rainbow of uber-chic Burberry Prorsum.

London Fashion Week has, true to form, given us the best of Britain's bombastic, sophisticated and irreverant aesthetic.

We bring you some of our favourite looks, from the sheer, wind-catching layers of knitwear maestro Mark Fast to the Space Odyssey-meets My Little Pony metallic rainbow of uber-chic Burberry Prorsum.

Pam Hogg, never one to be pigeonholed, sent models, nude but for a handkerchief of cotton, down the runway - but also opted for a space-age look, dressing other gamine girls in skin-tight metallic bodysuits.

The Giles show was more elegantly feminine, with sexy silhouttes given modern, clean edginess - while, for pure show-stopping escapism, nothing has come close to milliner extraordinaire, Phillip Treacy.
