WHO Izzie Edmondson, 19
I AM a traveller.
I AM WEARING shorts from Claude d'Alban from Paris, a shirt from Ice on Swanston Street and shoes by Santini. My handbag is from Primark, in England, which is a budget fashion store like Target.
MY STYLE IS relaxed, casual, summer streetwear. I tend to dress for the temperature.
I ADMIRE THE STYLE OF the general Melbourne public. When I first got here four months ago from England, I thought the style here is really chilled out and people weren't trying too hard but everyone has style. I also like Sienna Miller. She's really laid-back and has that boho-esque beach look.
MY FAVOURITE LABEL is Guess. Sometimes it's quite affordable and I like how it's not too tailored and made for everyday wear. Most other labels are tailored to look like they are designer labels, which I'm not really into.
MY FAVOURITE PLACE TO SHOP IS Cotton On because of the budget. Chapel Street is quite good because there's loads of little boutiques and I like how you can find something unique there.
MY BIGGEST FASHION MISTAKE WAS my ''Sloane'' phase. In England, we have these girls we call ''Sloanes'' and their typical outfit is black leggings, ugg boots, long V-neck fitted jumper with a pashmina scarf and blonde, straightened hair and they are usually rich, posh daddy's girls.
WHEN I WAS A KID I used to dress up as a ballerina. My friend and I always used to fight over a pink princess dress in our dress-up box.
I WOULD NEVER BE CAUGHT DEAD IN fishnet stockings. I find them really cheap and tacky-looking.
