Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have purchased a new crib.
Kutcher has ditched his bachelor pad for a $10.215 million family abode with his pregnant fiance, Kunis.
The 7351 square-foot Beverly Hills property features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a luscious green lawn and a swimming pool.
A source told Us Weekly that the house is "perfect for a family".
"It's very traditional and different from Kutcher's last two modern homes and includes access to hiking trails that they can get to just outside their front door," says the magazine.
Kutcher's previous Lake Hollywood home featured retractable glass walls, an infinity pool, open fire pits, in-ground spa, along with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms – clearly no place for a baby.
The Two and a Half Men star purchased the Hollywood mansion in 2007 for $US8.455 million and is set to make a nice profit if he receives the asking price of $US12 million, reports TMZ.
Their new home is about 2000 square metres smaller. The two-storey house also offers added privacy and security for the private couple.
Having kept mum on their relationship, engagement and pregnancy rumours, Kunis finally opened up on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week, saying she was surprised they were able to keep things under wraps for so long.
This will be the first child for Kutcher and Kunis. The pair remain quiet on the baby's due date.
When DeGeneres asked the star of Jupiter Ascending when the baby is due, she said: "Sometime this year, I promise you. It will be this year."
