Full time: What an incredible second half from South Sydney. A couple of mistakes coming off their line, but it was a comprehensive second 40 from the Bunnies, a complete contrast to the first half. Canterbury were impressive in the opening half, but they failed to make the most of their dominance, paying the price in the second half. That's it from ANZ Stadium. The Rabbitohs move to six points, equal fourth at this stage, with seven matches still to be played this round.
79th min: Penalty successful by Adam Reynolds. Rabbitohs 20 Bulldogs 10 with a minute to go.
77th min: Smart football from Reynolds. Grubbers behind the line and wins his team another set. Everingham the man to trap Goodwin in goal. South Sydney will win this game now. Another penalty awarded to the Bunnies for a strip. They'll take the shot at goal to seal the victory. Great second half from Michael Maguire's men.
75th min: THAT SHOULD BE IT. Bulldogs give away a penalty for a strip on the last tackle. Rabbitohs take the tap and look to extend their lead.
74th min: Chris McQueen saves the day for South Sydney, holding on to a Josh Reynolds chip to win his side a 20 metre restart. The Rabbitohs go 100 metres and force a goal line drop out. After what we saw at ANZ Stadium in round one, and the Rabbitohs' escape last week, you'd be game to right off Canterbury with five minutes to go.
72nd min: Another mistake from South Sydney! They did well to hold the Bulldogs out but Matt King drops the ball on his own 10 metre line.
71st min: Michael Crocker isn't having a happy day. Two mistakes in the first half led to two tries, he's coughed it up again. Josh Reynolds kicks from the scrum and forces a goal-line drop-out. Bulldogs desperate to score as the clock ticks over to 70 minutes
69th min: Not the right play from Kris Keating. He finds touch 10 metres out from the Rabbitohs line. chewing up valuable seconds.
64th min: Steve Turner saves the day again for Canterbury. He leaps above the pack to give his side a 20 metre restart as Joel Romelo makes his way on to the field for the first time in the match as skipper Michael Ennis takes his place on the bench. Official crowd: 35,221.
61st min: Great defence from South Sydney. They hold the Bulldogs out, who hardly threatened in that set. The next five minutes are extremely important. Let's see if South Sydney have learnt how to close out games. That will help. Jonathan Wright spills the pill 25 metres out from his own line.
60th min: Issac Luke deemed to have knocked on a Josh Morris grubber. Bulldogs given another set-of-six as the scrum packs down 10 out from South Sydney's line. They need to score now.
58th min: Roy Asotasi on report for a high shot on Aiden Tolman right in front of the posts. Bulldogs deep on the attack.
55min: INGLIS! He's in the clear again. Picked the ball up from his own line and charges 70 metres down field. Great work from Ben Barba to bring him down. Unfortunately Everingham puts it down the next tackle when a try was beckoning. That wasn't his ball to play at.
53rd min: It looks like unravelling here for the Bulldogs. A Josh Reynolds cut-out pass hits the touch judge on the chest. South Sydney on the attack ... again.
50th min: Was that a field goal from Reynolds? Razzle-dazzle football on the last tackle from the Rabbitohs, not a bad option. Nothing else was doing, but he couldn't split the posts.
47th min: SOUTHS TRY! It's the Reynolds-Everingham combination again. How did he do that? Reynolds kicks early in the tackle count for the corner, and somehow hangs on to it's despite Goodwin doing his best efforts to shield the ball. That's two for Everingham. Reynolds converts from the sideline, off the upright. Rabbitohs 18 Bulldogs 10.
45th min: Somebody stop him! What a sight. Greg Inglis picks up a Keating grubber from his own in goal, beats a couple of defenders and gets the ball to half way. Another boost for the Bunnies, awarded a penalty after a high shot from Ennis on Reynolds. Ennis is on report but he's got nothing to worry about. Souths on the attack 20 metres out.
42nd min: Hasler must be pulling his hair out. Ben Barba drops the ball at the play the ball on tackle one of their first set of the half. South Sydney on the attack early. Steve Turner hangs on to a kick in the in-goal to give his side a 20 metre restart. Bulldogs off the hook.
Half time: Rabbitohs 12 Bulldogs 10. Canterbury have dominated the opening half but it's South Sydney who head into sheds in front. They've only attacked Canterbury's line on a couple of occasions, but came away with points each time. Des Hasler won't be too upset, his team look the better of the two.
38th min: Video referee checking to see if Matt King got a finger on an Adam Renolds kick, which led to Everingham scoring in the corner. TRY! It's been awarded. South Sydney will somehow go into half time leading 12-10. Beautiful sideline conversion from Reynolds to help regain the lead for his side.
37th min: More bad news for South Sydney, Dylan Farrell is down nursing an ankle injury in back play. He rejoins the line with South Sydney on the attack after Canterbury were penalised for a strip.
35th min: Josh Reynolds is down receiving treatment. He was stepping around the Rabbitohs defenders at will before copping a knee to the head from Dylan Farrell. He was knocked out cold and dropped the ball, but South Sydney have been awarded possession. Bit of fortune there for the Bunnies. Reynolds gets to his feet, bit of blood on the face but he looks okay.
32nd min: That's better from South Sydney. Good scramble defence on their own line to take Turner into touch. South Sydney scrum 10 metres out from their own line. They need a try before half time but I don't know where it's going to come from. They look ordinary at the moment.
30th min: Good news for the Bunnies. Roy Asotasi has come out of the sheds and is on the bike on the sidelines. His knee is heavily strapped. Meanwhile, on the field the Bulldogs are continuing to dictate terms. A lovely kick from Kris Keating traps Everingham inside his own in-goal. Goal-line drop-out for South Sydney.
24th min: Oh dear. Greg Inglis puts down a kick from Ennis to give the Bulldogs another shot at their line. But Jonathan Wright lets them off the hook, dropping the ball with the line wide open. They should've scored there, Canterbury. Souths struggling at the moment, looking soft in defence.
21st min: TRY! Sam Kasiano shows great hands to put David Stagg in under the post. Schoolboy error from Souths skipper Michael Crocker. You need to get to your kick after scoring points, but Crocker put it down early in the tackle count, giving the Bulldogs the ball 20 metres out from their own line. Steve Turner converts to make it 10-6. My apologies, it was Turner, not Goodwin, who missed the first shot at goal for Canterbury.
18th min: Video referee checking a possible try to Rabbitohs centre Matt King. Andrew Everingham some how keeps his foot in play after fumbling an Adam Reynolds bomb, flicking it back in field to King who advances his position. TRY! It's been awarded. Rabbitohs 6-4 up after 19 minutes.
16th min: Roy Asotasi has gone up the tunnel. Looks like a knee injury. Terrible news for South Sydney just a week after Sam Burgess' injury. David Tyrrell is on the field in his place.
11th min: TRY! The Bulldogs are in. Steve Turner crosses in the corner to give the Bulldogs a 4-0 lead. Great work by Jonathan Wright to hold up two defenders and get he offload away. Bryson Goodwin hits the upright with his conversion attempt. Score remains 4-0 after 12 minutes. RABBITOHS 0 BULLDOGS 4.
10th min: Adam Reynolds streaks away down field against the run of play, but the referee has called play back after South Sydney ruled to have touched the pass from Frank Pritchard before it hit the deck. Right call.
6th min: Solid start to this match from both teams. The Bulldogs find touch 10 metres out from the Rabbitohs line. Some expansive footy from the Rabbitohs sees them get out of their own half with ease. Entertaining footy being played by both teams to start this one.
2nd mins: Michael Ennis knock on trying to play the ball. That's a real shame for the Bulldogs, they looked so good to open the match, making it all the way to South Sydney's 40 metre line on tackle four. Gives Souths first real shot at their line.
Kick-off: And we're underway here on Good Friday. Issac Luke sends the ball down to Aiden Tolman. The Bulldogs have won five of the last six games against the Rabbitohs, all played at ANZ Stadium. If Souths are to buck that trend, you'd think Luke would need another big game.
The toss: South Sydney skipper Michael Crocker picks up an early victory, winning the toss and electing to kick-off. The Bunnies will run to the southern end of the ground in the first half. No breeze to speak of. About 25,000 in at the moment, plenty still pouring in late. A lot of congestion outside the ground because of the Easter Show. Doesn't look like this game will start at 4pm.
Team changes: No changes to either team. Neccrom Areaiiti drops off the five-man bench for South Sydney. Some really exciting match-ups this afternoon with Ben Barba v Greg Inglis, and Michael Ennis v Issac Luke. The Bulldogs have just come out on to the field for their warm-up, as the show dogs from the Easter Show strut their stuff in the middle of the paddock as the pre-game entertainment. Let's hope they don't leave any evidence on the field.
Pre-game: A nice crowd building up on a perfect afternoon for rugby league. Plenty trickling in from the Easter Show, around 15,000 in at ANZ Stadium just 25 minutes before kick-off. The Rabbitohs have just come out on to the field for their warm-up. How big of an impact will the loss of Sam Burgess have on the Bunnies? The Bulldogs have been impressive to start the year but the last time they were at this ground they struggled against the Knights, culminating in their only loss of the season.
