When an individual perceives they have been wronged in the workplace, an obvious avenue for relief is the industrial relations system established by the Fair Work Act and other legislation. Particularly, recourse to the Fair Work Commission or Federal Court is often seen as an attractive way to seek recompense and other remedies.
