Immigration Department on the move, but what are its limits?

It's no secret the Department of Immigration and Border Protection is considering a wholesale move from its primary Belconnen premises, in an effort to consolidate operations closer to the parliamentary triangle. For some of the 4000 or so affected departmental employees, this may be beneficial but, for most, a proposed move likely means more time, expenses and emissions on the daily commute.
