7/10/2008 1:46:00 PM
A photo has been released of a man wanted over an armed robbery in Ainslie yesterday morning.

ACT Police say that the man entered the Bluebell Pharmacy around 9:45am on Monday morning and threatened staff a knife demanding prescription drugs and cash.

A witness saw the man leave in a white Ford Telstar with a black stripe down the side and the number plate covered.

The man is described as male, Caucasian or European in appearance, approximately 173-175cm tall, olive skin, with black hair, and acne scars on his face.

He was wearing a dark jacket with camouflage pattern, black cargo pants, large black women’s sunglasses, a white baseball cap with a tan peak and carrying a cream bag.

Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or who may know the man to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or at www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.

Why report the man? Why not save the resources that will be expended on the farce that is the ACT criminal justice system?

Is it any wonder criminals are not afraid to commit crimes when the quality of the CCTV is so appalling? Green light really!
