Injured Australian wicketkeeper Brad Haddin has no intention of following in Ricky Ponting's footsteps by standing down from any form of the game.
Ponting announced last week his days of Twenty20 cricket were over, hoping the decision would prolong his Test and one-day international career.
But Haddin, who returned to Queanbeyan yesterday to become an ambassador of the ACT Eden Monaro Cancer Support Group, said he wouldn't be doing as his captain had done.
Haddin, 31, hopes to be involved in all three forms of the game in Australia this summer, confirming yesterday he had no plans to withdraw from the Twenty20 or ODI teams.
