Canberra BMX dirt jumper Cam White continued his outstanding recent form, winning the ''King of Dirt'' title at the BMX Games in Melbourne on Monday.
The 25-year-old claimed Australia's top dirt-jumping prize for the second consecutive year, adding the title to his lucrative US Dew Tour win in October.
White mastered the windy conditions to claim the win ahead of fellow top Australian rider Jaie Toohey.
''It was really, really windy, but it was good,'' White said. ''I still went for everything. It was tough competition so it was great to win.''
White will now turn his attention to the third ''Hillside Dirt Jam'' he will host at his Wamboin property on Saturday.
The event has attracted about 20 of the top dirt jumpers in the world, including big-name Americans Mike Clark, TJ Ellis and Anthony Napolitan. They will vie for the best trick prize on some of the biggest dirt jumps in Australia.
After raising more than $7000 for charity at the jam last year, White hoped Saturday's would be the biggest yet.
