Canberra Raiders forward Tom Learoyd-Lahrs is preparing for an explosive clash in the inaugural NRL All Stars game at the Gold Coast on Saturday.
And just because bragging rights are the only prizes on offer for the winners, the powerful second-rower said neither side would curb its aggression at Skilled Park.
Learoyd-Lahrs is one of three Raiders in the Indigenous All Stars team with Travis Waddell and Joel Thompson also going into camp in Queensland yesterday.
Raiders prop David Shillington is Canberra's representative in the NRL All Stars side.
Both forward packs boast giants with Learoyd-Lahrs and roommate Sam Thaiday's battle with Shillington and South Sydney's English recruit Sam Burgess just one mouth-watering match-up.
''Everyone wants to get out there and get stuck into it,'' Learoyd-Lahrs said. ''Playing for your culture and your heritage, blokes won't be holding back.
''There's no doubt [me and Shillo] will meet in the middle at some stage and we won't be looking after each other that's for sure.''
He said he hoped the fixture would become a regular match on the NRL calendar.
''You see with the popularity it's created with everyone getting involved, I can't see why it wouldn't become permanent,'' Learoyd-Lahrs said.
''It doesn't always have to be against the All Stars, but there should be an Indigenous game at the start of each year.''
