Penrith superstar Michael Jennings makes a living out of putting opposition defenders in two minds.
His round one contest with rising Canberra centre Jarrod Croker is still two days away, but he's already gone part of the way to achieving that.
Croker has the unenviable task of lining up opposite the NSW and Australian centre when the Raiders take on the Panthers at Penrith's CUA Stadium on Saturday night.
It's a challenge the 19-year-old admitted he's both excited and a little daunted about.
''I'm a bit worried, but looking forward to it as well,'' Croker said.
''He's one of the best attacking players in the competition and he can score a try from anywhere on the field, so I'm going to have to be switched on for the full 80 [minutes].''
Croker isn't over-estimating Jennings' ability.
The 21-year-old is one of the most gifted athletes in the NRL, with his sheer pace and elusive footwork helping him score 17 tries in just 19 games last season.
