A shocked Tom Learoyd-Lahrs said he would be filthy if an NRL judiciary charge stopped him playing in the Canberra Raiders' clash with the Penrith Panthers on Saturday.
The damaging Raiders forward was charged with a grade-one striking offence for making contact with the throat of Bulldogs centre Jamal Idris in the 70th minute last Sunday.
Learoyd-Lahrs was not reported by either referee during the 30-20 loss and was stunned to find out he was facing a week on the sidelines.
The 23-year-old copped a seven-match ban for a dangerous throw in August last year.
