Colby Faingaa is used to looking up to and following older brothers Saia and Anthony.
After all, he was always the smallest in the backyard matches at their Queanbeyan home and had to do what he was told.
But if the talented teenager gets his way, Colby will be standing opposite his brothers at Super 14 level within the next three years.
The ACT Brumbies Academy member has set his sights on breaking into the senior squad after a stellar John I Dent Cup debut season with the Tuggeranong Vikings.
Queensland Reds duo Saia and Anthony are back in the capital and will cast a close eye on their younger brother from the stands when he takes the field against the Queanbeyan Whites today.
''I don't think there's any extra pressure just because my brothers are already playing in the Super 14,'' Colby said. ''They've always been a massive help ... it's not so much pressure, more of a guide to where I want to be.''
All three Faingaa brothers have played in Australian schoolboy teams.
While Saia and Anthony moved north to join the Reds at the start of the year, Colby plans to get first-hand tutelage from Wallabies No7 Smith.
The 18-year-old is on track to be included in the Brumbies squad which is expected to embark on a four-game tour of France at the end of July.
