Tigers Woods is facing fresh allegations of extramarital hanky panky, with a third woman linked to the superstar golfer.
Las Vegas nightclub promoter Kalika Moquin is believed to have met Woods in 2006, but she is only admitting to a "professional" relationship with the golfer.
"Sometimes I'll deal with celebrities in my job on a day-to-day basis just to touch base with people," the 27-year-old told Us Magazine.
"But it's completely untrue that there's anything more than a professional 'How are you doing? Are you enjoying your time in Vegas?' conversation (with Tiger)."
Rumours of the relationship follow reports New York nightclub hostess Rachel Uchitel, whose alleged affair with Woods sparked the current controversy, was communicating with him minutes before his car crash last Friday.
Us Weekly reports Ms Uchitel - who stayed at Crown Casino at the same time as Woods during his Melbourne visit last month - was talking with the star for about 30 minutes before his car slammed into a tree.
It is also rumoured Ms Uchitel and her representatives were in discussions with Woods and his management as recently as yesterday about a possible "cash-for-silence" deal.
Ms Uchitel, who has hired celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred to represent her, cancelled a press conference where she was expected to make a statement about her relationship with Woods.
Celebrity watchers said it is the first time Allred has cancelled a press conference.
Ms Uchitel maintains she did not have an affair with the world's richest sportsman.
Meanwhile, Woods's wife, Swedish swimwear model Elin Nordegren, could walk away from her marriage with the biggest celebrity divorce payout in history, according to reports from the US.
Us Weekly said sources put the prenuptial agreement signed in 2004 by Woods and the former nanny at $US300 million ($325 million).
Basketball star Michael Jordan holds the current record after paying over $US150 million to his former wife, while Australian golfing legend Greg Norman paid ex-wife Laura Andrassy almost $US130 million.
Woods has not been seen since his car accident but admitted to regret over his "transgressions" and "sins" in a statement on his website earlier this week.
The fallout from the controversy is spreading, with John Ziegler, the pastor of the "First Church of Tiger Woods" - www.tigerwoodsisgod.com - announcing that he will dissolve the organisation because of the golfer's "personal sins".
The church, whose home page has now been rechristened "The Damnation of Tiger Woods", was launched by radio host Ziegler in 1996 to "celebrate the emergence of the 'true messiah'."
