Police are not treating the deaths of a father and his daughter, whose bodies were found inside a western Sydney home, as suspicious.
Police were called to the house on Eggleton Street about 2.25pm on Saturday after the man's son raised the alarm when his father failed to answer the door.
The bodies of the 77-year-old man and the 43-year-old woman showed no visible signs of injury but police were initially treating the deaths as suspicious.
After forensic experts completed their examinations, police have now concluded that ‘‘at this time, there’s no evidence that the deaths are suspicious’’, a spokeswoman said on Sunday.
A report is being prepared for the coroner.
