An alleged serial hydroponic drug grower booby trapped door handles with electric shock wires to keep people out of his southwestern Sydney drug house.
But that didn't stop drug squad officers busting the man after raiding the Cabramatta property on Tuesday.
The man will appear in court on Wednesday charged with enhanced indoor cultivation and attaching live electrical wires to metal door handles.
Police say they found 95 cannabis plants growing in the unoccupied house, as well as evidence of a "sophisticated hydroponic set-up".
They also alleged officers were "confronted with door handles that had been connected to electrical wires in an effort to shock any intruders".
They later arrested a 24-year-old man at Canley Heights.
It's alleged the man was involved in two earlier seizures in April and June with the total value of the three hauls estimated to be more than $1 million.
He's been refused bail and will appear in Liverpool local court on Wednesday.
