Grandmother's body in wardrobe: man pleads guilty
A Sydney man has pleaded guilty to murdering his adoptive grandmother whose body was found in a wardrobe.
Family members found the body of 80-year-old Doreen McClelland in her home in Peakhurst, in Sydney's south, in June 2010.
Her adopted grandson, Tilak Neil Huon, was arrested and charged four days later.
In Central Local Court this morning, Huon pleaded guilty to murder.
He will be sentenced in July.
