A man has been charged with biting off the nose of a Hells Angels bikie in Sydney's inner west.
The 28-year-old was driving when he was stopped by police in Hurlstone Park about 4pm on Thursday and arrested over the attack which left Peter Zervas in hospital for surgery to have his nose reattached.
Mr Zervas, 38, is the brother of Anthony Zervas, who was killed during a fight between the Hells Angels and rivals Comancheros at Sydney Airport in 2009.

The accused allegedly bit off part of Mr Zervas' nose while he was inside his Leichardt unit complex about 5pm on Tuesday and then fled the scene.
Mr Zervas took himself and his nose to hospital, where it was later reattached.
After arresting the suspect on Thursday, police searched his nearby home.
The man was taken to Burwood Police Station and charged with affray and cause grievous bodily harm to person with intent.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear in Burwood Local Court on Friday.
Mr Zervas was shot multiple times while getting out of his car at his mother's house in Lakemba in 2009. The year before, a tattoo parlour he opened in Brighton-le-Sands was firebombed.
The former Comanchero bikie boss, Mahmoud "Mick" Hawi, who was found guilty of killing Mr Zervas' brother, recently had his conviction quashed.
He faces a retrial and was granted bail on Monday under new amendments to the Bail Act.
