A male police officer charged with indecently assaulting two female junior constables has pleaded not guilty to eight offences.
Nasser Dib, 29, of Greenacre is a senior constable attached to a Central Metropolitan Region Command. He appeared in the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday.
His lawyer, Adam Houda, said the charges would be vigorously defended.
Constable Dib is accused of assaulting a female constable under Tom Ugly's Bridge at Blakehurst between 11pm and 11.25pm on December 7, 2011.
In court documents, police allege he grabbed the woman's wrist and pushed her hand down on his exposed penis twice.
On the same night, while driving past Oatley Park, he allegedly placed his right hand under her vest and squeezed her breast.
He is also accused of assaulting a probational officer between 11pm and 11:45pm at Oatley on April 12 last year
Police allege he attempted to kiss her twice, grabbed her buttocks and placed his hand under her vest and squeezed her breast.
He has been charged with four counts of aggravated indecent assault and four counts of indecent assault.
Magistrate Jane Culver continued his bail, and he will reappear in court on June 10.
A spokeswoman for NSW Police said he has been suspended from duty on full pay, pending the outcome of the matter.
Constable Dib is the brother of the boxer Billy Dib.
