Queanbeyan police have 13 people, including a 16-year-old, on a secret NSW police watchlist called the Suspect Targeting Management Plan.

According to data obtained by the Sunday Canberra Times under freedom of information laws, the Monaro Local Area Command, which oversees Queanbeyan, had 13 people on the STMP last financial year.
NSW Police confirmed the youngest person on the STMP in the Monaro LAC was 16 but had since removed them from the list for "various reasons".
The program has been criticised for disproportionately targeting young and Indigenous people, with the NSW police commissioner telling state parliament more than half of the people on the STMP were Indigenous.
People can be placed on the list for minor offences like graffiti and categorised by their risk of reoffending. They may not know if they're on it or why.
Police sources have previously told the Sunday Canberra Times that a specialist unit in Queanbeyan will drive around looking for people on the plan.

Vicki Sentas, from the Redfern Legal Centre Police Powers Clinic, is one of the legal advocates who co-authored a report critical of the STMP.
Ms Sentas' report, Policing Young People in NSW, found the STMP increased how often young people came into contact with the criminal justice system.
"Police harassment of young people is neither a fair nor an effective way to prevent their offending," Ms Sentas said.
She said NSW Police couldn't prove the STMP helped reduced crime or explain how it worked.
The data from the Monaro LAC shows the entirety of those on the local STMP are white, with the majority under 35.
The data shows one person between the age of 0 - 17 is on the watchlist, three between 18 - 25, five between 26 - 35, three between 36 - 45 and one between 46 - 55.
"The Monaro data from New South Wales Police can't tell us anything about why those people are on the STMP or whether it's fair that they are on it," Ms Sentas said.
"We know that police reliance on the STMP has been found unlawful on several occasions by the courts, and has caused prosecutions to fail."
Each individuals on the Monaro LAC's STMP list was nominated for the watchlist for unknown reasons or deemed a "high risk offender".
"A positive step would be for New South Wales Police to publicly release all data on how the STMP is used across the state. There needs to be an independent evaluation of this controversial police strategy," Ms Sentas said.
