Four volunteer firefighters were injured on their way to a fire when the truck they were travelling in crashed into a pole on Berrima Road in Moss Vale.
The four men were responding to a callout for a fire when the accident happened at around 6pm on Thursday.
Their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, a spokesman for the Rural Fire Service said.
The driver was trapped inside the truck until State Emergency Service volunteers were able to free him.
He suffered neck, back and abdomen injuries.
The man in the front passenger seat was thrown from the truck, injuring his neck, back, chest and legs.
Both volunteer firefighters were flown to hospital for treatment.
The other two men in the back seat of the truck had some cuts and an ambulance took them to hospital for treatment.
