A six-month-old baby and his mother were seriously injured when their car and caravan rolled on the Hume Highway, south of Goulburn on Monday afternoon.

A man in his late 30s and a four-year-old boy also sustained minor injuries after the Queanbeyan family's Toyota Landcruiser hit a guard rail on the Hume Highway bypass about 12.40pm near Windellama Road.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman said a woman in her early 30s was trapped inside the vehicle for at least half an hour after the crash.
She was flown to Canberra Hospital with head and leg injuries.
The baby was airlifted to Canberra Hospital in a serious but stable condition with injuries to his arm.
The man and the four-year-old boy were treated at the scene before they were transported to Canberra Hospital. The man had sustained minor head injuries.
Both the Snowy Hydro Southcare and the NSW Ambulance helicopters were tasked to the crash.
A spokesman for the Canberra Hospital later confirmed the woman, the man and the baby were in a stable condition.
The southbound lanes of the highway were closed while paramedics treated the family.
Motorists were diverted through the city of Goulburn for much of the day and were warned to allow for extra travel time.
An eight-kilometre queue built up shortly after the accident.
Police crash investigators arrived at the scene shortly before 3pm.
One southbound lane reopened at 4.30pm and the rest of the road remained closed until 6.30pm.
Northbound lanes were unaffected by the diversions.
