Brett Sinkinson ... A man who changed the IRB?s eligibility rules. Born in Rotorua, New Zealand, Sinkinson claimed he had a Welsh-born grandfather when he in fact hailed from Oldham, England. The breakaway played 20 Tests for Wales, starting under Henry in 1999 and finishing with Hansen in 2002. Sinkinson returned to live in New Zealand.
