Wet and wild time for nature lovers

The annual Mansky three-day-long tourist festival, dedicated to the opening of the amateur rafting season, kicks off on the Mana river near the settlement of Beret in the Siberian Taiga, about 75 km east of the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk. Local nature-lovers, fans of ecological tourism and devotees of the festival have gathered for more than 30 years to travel by self-made rafts to take part in the overnight festivities and rest around campfires.
