A woman who crashed a car into a house north of Brisbane on Monday morning has been taken to hospital.

The car crashed just before 7.30am and was left perched on two wheels after being wedged into a retaining wall at the Keong Road property in Albany Creek.

Paramedics assessed the driver, believed to be in her 30s, after she was freed from her vehicle.
She was taken to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.
A police spokesman said no other people were hurt and he could not confirm if anyone was in the house at the time.
