A taxi and tow truck have crashed north of Brisbane, leaving one driver with serious injuries.

The crash happened just before 3.30am on Saturday at the intersection of Anzac Avenue and Mandin Street in Kippa-Ring, about 33 kilometres north of Brisbane.
Police said the male taxi driver, 56, was cut from the wreckage of his vehicle and taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with serious head injuries.
The tow truck driver was not injured and a female passenger in the truck was taken to hospital for observation.
A section of Anzac Avenue was closed until about 7.30am as police investigated.
Elsewhere, a ute rolled in southern Queensland, killing the driver.
The vehicle was being driven near Jakelwar-Goodooga Road in Bollon, about 600 kilometres west of Brisbane, about 3.30pm on Friday when it crashed.
The male driver, aged in his 30s, died at the scene and two other male passengers, also aged in their 30s, suffered minor injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit was investigating both incidents.
