The cross-code rivals will announce a plan on Wednesday to invite members of each team to attend both games for no extra cost.
The Brumbies will play their first home game of the season against the Durban Sharks on March 17, with the Raiders to play less than 24 hours later against the Newcastle Knights on a Sunday evening.
The Brumbies usually struggle to attract big crowds to games against South African opponents.
The Raiders enjoyed some of their best average crowd figures last year, but they are starting their season in Canberra against the wooden-spoon Knights in the non-friendly slot of 6.30pm on Sunday.
As well as members being eligible to watch both games, the clubs have agreed to sell tickets to give fans a chance to watch two games for the price of one.
The Raiders were riding a green wave of support last year, with their average crowd numbers jumping to 14,097. It was the best average attendance since 1995.
Brumbies crowds took a major hit as drama engulfed Australian rugby, which eventually led to the demise of the Western Force.
The Super Rugby club averaged 9887 fans per game at home and officials hope winning and slashing the price of membership packages and tickets will entice fans back to the stands.
However, the club plays its first three games of the regular season on the road, which started with a win against the Japan Sunwolves last weekend.
