Picker's manager, Steve Gillis, confirmed on Monday the 25-year-old is yet to receive an offer for next season from the Raiders.
Gillis said he had been in contact with several clubs and was confident Picker would continue his NRL career elsewhere.
''He'll be somewhere next year,'' Gillis said. ''I can't tell you exactly where, but he'll be there [in the NRL]. There's been no indication from the [Raiders], they obviously didn't want him.''
The Crookwell junior has made 110 first-grade appearances for the Raiders since his debut in 2007.
Picker was a regular in the Raiders' forward pack in 2008, playing every game that season and getting picked in the Prime Minister's XIII.
He slipped in the pecking order this year, playing just eight games.
Picker was recalled after a three-month absence for the round 26 game with the Cronulla Sharks at Canberra Stadium. He wasn't included on a banner featuring the club's departing players, sparking hope he may be offered a lifeline under new coach Ricky Stuart.
Picker didn't attend a meeting of the players and Stuart at the club's headquarters on Monday.
Gillis said Picker's form in the NSW Cup with Raiders feeder club Mounties and his return to the first-grade side showed he would be a handy signing for another club.
''He's keen to go around next year,'' Gillis said.
''He's a good, tough hard-running edge forward who can break the line and score a try.''
Stuart said he was unsure about Picker's future after only taking over the coaching role last week.
''That's something I'd need to talk to the club about,'' Stuart said.
''I don't know what they've done or what their discussions have been with Steve Gillis, who is his manager.''
The Raiders boast decent depth in their second-row stocks despite Picker's departure and that of Country utility Joel Thompson, who has joined the St George Illawarra Dragons.
Queensland State of Origin enforcer Josh Papalii and Joel Edwards would be expected to hold down the starting spots, while Melbourne Storm recruit Lagi Setu, Jake Foster and Jarrad Kennedy will jostle for a place on the bench.
