July, 2010: Dugan’s loses his license for 15 months after he was booked for a high-range speeding offence.

May, 2012: Dugan and Ferguson both stood down for Canberra’s round 12 loss to Souths for alcohol breaches. Dugan was sanctioned for drinking when injured, while Ferguson reported for training still affected by alcohol.
December, 2012: Raiders fine Ferguson $5000 and order him to complete community service after he allegedly spat on patrons at Canberra’s Foreshore Music Festival.
January 2013: Ferguson leaves abruptly from a NSW Emerging Origin Squad camp in the middle of the night without notifying Blues coach Laurie Daley. Raiders coach David Furner demands he call Daley to explain himself.
Monday: Police investigate a noise disturbance complaint at a Nicholls residence, where Ferguson and Dugan were present. Witnesses allege the pair and friends were drinking on the roof in their underwear.
Tuesday: Dugan fails to report to a scheduled video session at Raiders HQ. Dugan tweets “This goes beyond the drinking while injured. Yes I’ve broken team rules but for me it goes deeper and I plan on sorting it out. I apologise to my teammates and the fans but this is personal and needs to be sorted out as soon as possible for me to move forward”.
