He's been showcasing his Superman dive in the John I Dent Cup all season, now Canberra Vikings winger Jerome Niumata is bringing his theatrics to the national stage.

The 27-year-old will be hoping for plenty of opportunities to display his finishing skills when the Vikings aim to extend their unbeaten start in the National Rugby Championship against the Perth Spirit in Perth on Saturday.
Niumata got a chance to pull out his best moves when he scored two tries in last weekend's 58-26 thrashing of the Greater Sydney Rams at Viking Park.
One of the few players in the Vikings' starting side who isn't contracted with the Brumbies, Niumata has secured his spot after strong performances with the Tuggeranong Vikings in the Canberra first-grade competition.
He has taken a leaf out of the book of Wallabies and Brumbies wingers Henry Speight and Joe Tomane to give the crowd something to remember every time he gets across the try-line.
"Wingers are finishers at the end, so you've got to put a little bit of show-pony stuff for the crowd," Niumata said of his one-hand superman dive.
"I've been looking at the likes of Henry Speight and Joe Tomane and how they finish their tries.
"When you're at the try-line, you've got to do something extra, you can't look ordinary."
Niumata has spent the past four years with the Tuggeranong Vikings after making the move across the Tasman from Auckland.
The Vikings are a perfect two from two in the NRC this season.
It didn't take Niumata long to form an understanding alongside Wallabies representative Christian Lealiifano in the Vikings' backline.
"It's always good playing outside him," Niumata said.
"He's got a lot of knowledge and expertise, so it's always good learning off him.
"It always boosts my confidence and it gives me motivation to work hard."
There is also motivation for Vikings prop Allan Alaalatoa as the 21-year-old continues to develop his game ahead of his third Super Rugby season with the Brumbies.
Alaalatoa will provide valuable back-up for Wallabies duo Scott Sio and Ben Alexander next year.
"The NRC has been great for me because I've been getting a lot of minutes whereas with the Brumbies I was coming off the bench," Alaalatoa said.
"For those boys who don't make the Wallabies, we're very fortunate to play rugby for the rest of the year and have a shorter pre-season.
"There's a strong vibe in the team right now."
