Greg Growden writes: The Reds are starting to get players back, and the Stormers have lost two big ones - Jean de Villiers and Andries Bekker. So expect plenty to get on the Reds bandwagon, the province most likely to be Australia’s representative at finals time.

AAP writes: Rested following the bye, Queensland won't mind meeting the aggressive Stormers who will be hungry to avenge their first loss of the season to the Crusaders. The second-placed Cape Town outfit will be missing their two most important players in Andries Bekker (back) and Jean de Villiers (wrist). With Schalk Burger out of action, fourth-choice skipper Duane Vermuelen will take the reins. The tall Reds pack will eye an advantage in the lineout with the 208cm Bekker missing and will look to kick for the line. Rookie flyhalf Sam Lane has been retained at No.10 with radar-boot Mike Harris returning from injury at inside centre.

REDS: Luke Morahan, Rod Davies, Ben Tapuai, Mike Harris, Dom Shipperley, Sam Lane, Will Genia, Radike Samo, Beau Robinson, Scott Higginbotham, James Horwill (c), Rob Simmons, James Slipper, James Hanson, Ben Daley. Reserves: Albert Anae, Greg Holmes, Van Humphries, Jake Schatz, Liam Gill, Ben Lucas, Nick Frisby

STORMERS: Joe Pietersen, Gerhard van den Heever, Bryan Habana, Juan de Jongh, Gio Aplon, Peter Grant, Dewaldt Duvenage, Duane Vermeulen (c), Rynhardt Elstadt, Siya Kolisi, De Kock Steenkamp, Eben Etzebeth, Brok Harris, Tiaan Liebenberg, Steven Kitshoff. Reserves: Deon Fourie, Frans Malherbe, Nick Koster, Nizaam Carr, Louis Schreuder, Burton Francis, JP du Plessis.
