The Breakdown: It's all up in the air
With rule changes and local derby standings boiling away, Wellington readies for a mammoth Brumbies v Hurricanes match-up.
AAP writes: The Waratahs set off to South Africa hoping a little team bonding can breathe some life into their ailing season. But it's a tough ask to beat the Stormers at Newlands, where they haven't lost this season. Exciting fullback Bernard Foley is back in the squad to give them some spark while Brendan McKibbin returns to halfback. Wycliff Palu is on the bench with Dave Dennis playing at No.8 while Sitaleki Timani will also start at lock. Doubts remain over Test hooker Tatafu Poloto-Nau (head knock) with a decision set to be delayed until match eve. The Stormers are still in the search for a No.8 after Nizaam Carr became the fourth back-rower they've lost this season.
