AGEN: Australian utility back Ben Seymour signed for Top 14 strugglers Agen till the end of the season after passing his medical, the French club announced on Tuesday.

The 22-year-old, who has the option of extending his stay for another year, played both at fullback and fly-half for Super 15 side Western Force.

Seymour could make his debut for the club against table toppers Toulon on Saturday.

"If he gets his licence in time, he could play at fullback against Toulon," said Agen backs coach David Darricarrere.

Agen are presently second from bottom of the table after 12 games, but just one point from safety.
