The ACT claimed bronze in the men's division after beating Queensland in a shootout after scores were tied at 3-all at the end of normal time.
Meanwhile, the ACT women's team also reigned supreme against the Maroons, courtesy of a 3-2 victory.
Having lost to NSW in last year's men's grand final, the ACT conceded early to Queensland before Andrew Tomadini levelled the scores for the hosts.
Queensland responded to lead 2-1 at half-time, but the ACT rallied send the game into a shootout.
Goals from Matt Hotchkis and Jye Bunt were enough to deliver the ACT victory.
The ACT was also behind early in the women's final, Bec Sneskov equalising as the team's went into half-time tied at 1-all.
A goal late in the second half from Sassie Economos put the ACT ahead before Meredith Bone scored with four minutes on the clock.
NSW completed the double, beating Victoria in the women's final 5-2 and defeating Western Australia 6-0 in a one-sided men's decider.
