Australian under-19s representative Dejan Vasiljevic had another dominating performance with 30 points and 10 rebounds, while Canberra product Bul Kuol was just as impressive with 29 points and 15 rebounds.
Lake Ginninderra will play West Australian school Aquinas College in a semi-final at 1pm on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the Canberra Capitals have bolstered their depth with the addition of former WNBA draftee DeNesha Stallworth for the rest of the WNBL season.
Stallworth started the season with the South-East Queensland Stars but has been granted a release for greater opportunities with the Capitals.
The Capitals (0-10) are aiming to avoid a club-record 11th straight loss when they host the Sydney Uni Flames at the Tuggeranong basketball stadium on Saturday night.
Stallworth, 23, spent two years at the University of Kentucky and two years at the University of California.
She was selected by the Connecticut Sun with the 25th pick in the 2014 WNBA draft.
Stallworth is a 1.91m forward who will give the under-sized Capitals some valuable help inside the paint.
