The Blue Devils held off a strong challenge from competition newcomers Gungahlin United with a 3-2 victory in Sunday's qualifying final at the AIS.
Gungahlin United will now take on Canberra FC in next weekend's preliminary final.

After scores were locked at 2-2 at the end of extra time, Canberra FC prevailed 4-3 on penalties to move within one game of the decider.
Williams got the Blue Devils off to a flying start with a goal inside the opening 60 seconds.
Former Matildas striker Caitlin Munoz doubled Belconnen's lead in the 60th minute before Ilahna Aitchison hit back for Gungahlin.
Williams scored in the 86th minute to make it 3-1, but Brittany Palombi replied straight away to put Gungahlin back in the hunt.
In the elimination final, Ann Mayo gave Tuggeranong a 1-0 lead at half-time before goals to Jennifer Bisset and Ella-Jane Riley put Canberra FC in front.
Tuggeranong equalised in the 87th minute through Stephanie Coates to send the game into extra time.
