Canberra Cavalry pitcher Frank Gailey says the club are only a few swings away from charging back towards their second straight Australian Baseball League final series.

Gailey, 33, had the best ERA in the league last season and has overcome a slow start this summer to return to his devastating best on the mound.
Canberra have fallen to 6-10 on the season after losing their finals series rematch against Brisbane last weekend but can bounce back in Adelaide on Thursday.
The Cavalry need to get moving if they're to make the play-offs and Gailey is confident he can lead the turnaround, starting against the Bite.
"I started the season slow, going to Melbourne against a great team I did not execute pitches and it backfired and they took advantage. But I put the work in and am getting back to the form I was in last year," Gailey said.
"I've just got to execute the fast ball and put it in places where it can help you out and not where batters can put it over the fence.
"I've been around playing for a while now, I know you can't just go out there and hope for the best, you've got to make something change and it's just about knowing what's wrong and turning it around.
"I'm feeling good now and I'm going to continue to do what I do. As a team we’re only a couple of swings and pitches away from being three games above .500 in instead of four games below.
"We know the talent we have and if we play the game we know we can then eventually things are going to go our way."
Canberra have 20 games to catch the five teams with winning records. The top five teams will contest the play-offs in February.
"We’re playing good baseball overall, it's just a couple of games here and there, maybe that timely hit or one execution of a pitch with man on second seems to be the difference," Gailey said.
"I don't think we’re far off turning this around so there's no reason to get negative or down on ourselves, we just need to believe in our game.
"Adelaide will be competitive, they are two or three games above .500 and are competitive against everyone. Last year was a different team and weren't that good but this year they're showing they're going to compete.
"If we take them any bit lightly they're going to get us so we need to have no errors and make sure we get the job done."
