Queanbeyan stands in their way once again after they eliminated minor premiers Eastlake with a gripping two-run victory at Kingston Oval on Sunday.
Paceman Guy Gillespie clean bowled Matt Winter with the third-last ball of the match to send Queanbeyan into the final.
Meanwhile, a depleted Creek side missing five of their regulars rose to the occasion with a 71-run victory against Wests/UC at Jamison Oval.
The two sides will face off at Manuka Oval in a day-nighter on December 13.
Creek batsman Harry Medhurst said it would be a chance for his side to make amends for their two-run loss to Queanbeyan in Friday night's Twenty20 final.
"It will be another showdown and a bit of revenge hopefully and we'll have a few boys back," Medhurst said.
"We'll stick in there, give them a run for their money and hopefully beat them again."
Creek will likely be without Adelaide Strikers batsman Jono Dean after he suffered a finger injury in the Twenty20 finals.
They were also missing Mark Bennett, Sam Taylor, Joe Slater and Mac Wright for Sunday's semi-final.
Bennett and Taylor were with the ACT/Southern team at the country championships in Newcastle, while Slater and Wright are with the ACT/NSW Country team at the under-19 national titles.
Comets all-rounder Blake Dean led from the front with a brilliant century, scoring 122 from 123 balls, while Medhurst chipped in with a brisk 77 off 60 deliveries to help Creek post 5-284.
Wests/UC got off to a lightning-quick start, but despite Tom Englebracht's 62, they continued to lose wickets at regular intervals.
Queanbeyan were under the pump having scored only 202, but excellent bowling from Gillespie (3-24), Mark Solway (3-25) and Mark Higgs (2-39) got them over the line.
Dean Solway, who top scored for Queanbeyan with 66, said they were looking forward to facing Creek again.
"We've got a bit of confidence against Weston Creek after Friday so the boys are really keen," Solway said.
"We could have done a lot of things better today, but it was good enough to get us over the line."
Meanwhile, the Southern/ACT team lost to Newcastle by three runs in the country championship grand final in Newcastle on Sunday.
Cameron Suidgeest picked up three wickets to help restrict Newcastle to 9-257, before ACT/Southern fell just short on 8-254 from their 50 overs.
