Eastlake will get a taste of Anzac Day AFL action as the curtain-raiser to Greater Western Sydney's historic clash against the Gold Coast Suns at Manuka Oval on April 25.
The NEAFL released its 2015 draw on Thursday, with both Canberra clubs facing tough first rounds on April 11 - Ainslie hosts the Sydney Swans, while the Demons travel to reigning premiers Aspley.
Ainslie and Eastlake play each other four times and they both face Sydney University three times each as well.
Overall, the Demons have the harder draw, facing the Giants' AFL reserves at home and away.
Based on last year's results and signings so far, Ainslie are Canberra's best bet of playing finals, which start on September 5, with the grand final two weeks later, although they will have to do it without best-and-fairest Aaron Vandenberg after Melbourne picked him up in the AFL rookie draft.
A NEAFL representative side will host Tasmania on June 6, when all the clubs except the four AFL reserves will have the weekend off.
Meanwhile, Eastlake have signed former Numurkah co-captain Nick Fothergill from the Murray Football League.
