Jono Dean brought up his 5000 first-grade runs in devastating fashion on Saturday, crunching 136 runs off 75 balls in Western Creek Molonglo's nine-wicket win over ANU.

Chasing 208, Dean hit nine sixes and 15 fours to confirm the result in just the 27th over at Stirling Oval, but was surprised to learn post-game of his career tally.
"It's always nice to get a milestone like that," he said. "I've been around long enough now so 5,000 runs is a nice achievement."
"We bowled well and showed really good intent, Robbie Tricket was really good early opening the batting and set the tone, which allowed me to get myself in a bit and let loose towards the end."
Dean credited his bowlers, particularly Macalister Wright, who collected four wickets, for restricting ANU's batsmen on a good wicket.
"Wrighty bowled well, he's obviously taken his game to the next level and he's moving to Tasmania to be a rookie for them," he said.
"It's a good group of guys at the moment and I'm having a really good time playing cricket and putting some results on the board."
Dean will now head in to the ACT Comets match against South Australia this week in ideal form.
Meanwhile, Tuggeranong Valley opener Justin Haywood created his own fireworks at Kingston Oval to record a 186-run win over Eastlake.
Haywood scored 132 off 89 balls with 20 fours and two sixes, combining for a 199-run opening partnership with Thomas Vane-Tempest.
And an all-round bowling performance by Queanbeyan restricted North Canberra Gungahlin to just 132, with the former securing an 82-run win.

RECORDS FALL IN QUEANBEYAN TRIPLE TON
Three Queanbeyan second-graders went bananas with the bat in their clash against North Canberra-Gungahlin, smashing their way to a total of 4-400 to set a record for the highest limited-overs score in the club's 153-year history.
Josh Gregory, Alex Page and Brad Falkenberg completed a hat-trick of maiden centuries to cap off a historic day for the Bluebags.
It was Queanbeyan's highest second grade score, the first time three batsmen had scored a century in the same innings in any Cricket ACT second-grade match and all batsmen passed 100 for the first time in their careers.
Gregory, Page and Falkenberg combined for 36 boundaries and eight sixes as Queanbeyan cruised to a 161-run win at Neil Bulger Oval.
The trio were almost impossible to remove from the crease, but you've got to feel for opener Matt Cutler and Stuart Bridgen. The opener and No.3 batsmen missed out on the run-fest, scoring 18 and zero respectively.
