He's been used as an impact player for the Canberra Vikings this season, but former Brumbies winger Frankie Fainifo will jump at the chance to move into the starting line-up for Saturday's National Rugby Championship final.

Fainifo is expected to replace the injured Lausii Taliauli (shoulder) for the clash with Brisbane City at Ballymore.
The 31-year-old came on earlier than expected in Friday night's 50-34 semi-final against the Melbourne Rising when he replaced Taliauli midway through the first half.
"It's unfortunate that Lausii has been injured with his shoulder, so there is an opportunity for me to slot in there," Fainifo said.
"My role has been coming in from the bench for the last 20 or 30 minutes and giving my all.
"It's an opportunity for me to show that I've still got some game and playing alongside some of the guys I played with back in the day, but also the young prospects."
Fainifo played 48 games over five seasons for the Brumbies between 2007 and 2011 before moving to Europe to play with French club Stade Francais.
He returned to Canberra mid-way through the year, joining the Tuggeranong Vikings for the John I Dent Cup before getting his spot in the NRC.
The Vikings have lost just one game in the NRC, staging a second-half fightback before falling to Brisbane City 37-31 at Viking Park.
"Having the underdog tag isn't always a bad thing," Fainifo said. "We're playing up there in Brisbane, they've got the home advantage, they've got a few Reds players, but we've got quite a few Brumbies players involved in the team.
"We had short-term goals. We broke it down into weeks instead of the whole season.
"Let's win the first two games and then we'll see how we go from there, and it's worked out for us."
It will be just the second game Fainifo has started for the Vikings this season after also getting the nod in the win against the Perth Spirit earlier in the competition.
He is still hopeful of reviving his Super Rugby career next season with the Brumbies and believes he can still cut it at that level.
"I'm not sure what's up with the Brumbies if there is any spots," Fainifo said.
"There is still a bit of rugby in me if the opportunity comes.
"The Brumbies is No.1 to me in my heart before any other franchise.
"I feel like there are still some k's in my legs, although I may be the oldest player in the team.
"It's a personal challenge for me being around a lot of the younger guys, so we'll see how things go this weekend and possibly next year."
