Having won their 10^th straight 50-over championship last weekend, the Breakers are desperate to complete the double in Wednesday's final against Victorian Spirit at Manuka Oval.

NSW Breakers opening batter Leah Poulten said it was exciting to hear the women would have their own Big Bash next season.

"I've heard it will, I've heard next year's the year," Poulten said.

"All the girls are excited about it.

"This will be our last game in the colours for T20, all the more motivation to go out tomorrow and finish with a victory."

The women's Twenty20 final will be a curtain-raiser to the men's Big Bash final between the Sydney Sixers and the Perth Scorchers and will be shown live on One HD.

"The more people we can get watching the women's game, all the better for us," Poulten said.

"That's the hardest battle for us.

"Once people see the game, they realise what talent there is.

"It's just getting that first exposure, that's the hardest part."

It will be the second time the two sides have faced each other after NSW gained the upper hand in the one-day final on Sunday.

Poulten is one of two players in the NSW team along with former Australian skipper Alex Blackwell to play in all 10 title victories.

Victoria's biggest danger is Australian captain Meg Lanning, but Poulten said the Breakers couldn't afford to focus just on her.

"Meg's a great player, but they've got lots of quality players, especially batters in their team," Poulten said.

"They've got Elyse Villani, Nicole Bolton, Jessica Cameron, Meg Lanning – all girls who bat in the top six for Australia.

"We look at a lot of batters in their line-up."
