There is a Canberra representative on the new board of Football Federation Australia, with former Socceroo Daniel Moulis giving the ACT a voice with the game's governing body.

Moulis was officially elected at FFA's AGM on Tuesday alongside new chairman Steven Lowy, who takes over from his father Frank.
Moulis has an extensive background in football having represented Australia at senior and youth international level.
He also played professionally with Canberra City and Sydney Olympic in the National Soccer League before serving as the chairman of the Canberra Cosmos and as a director of the Johnny Warren Football Foundation.
Away from football, Moulis is the principal of Moulis Legal, a specialist legal firm with offices in Canberra and Brisbane and operating across Australia and in Asia.
Moulis holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Sydney University and the Australian National University and remains a Dispute Settlement Panellist at the World Trade Organisation.
The Canberra soccer community will be hoping Moulis' appointment leads to the national capital eventually having a team in the A-League.
