Rogic was yet again an unused substitute as Celtic extended its lead atop the Scottish Premier League table.
The 20-year-old Canberra product made an instant impact for the Socceroos in a half-hour cameo in last Tuesday's 1-0 win against Costa Rica in Sydney.
But it wasn't enough to gain a rare call-up for Celtic, which needed two goals in injury time to secure all three points.
Rogic will be hoping to get an opportunity to impress in Wednesday morning's vital European Champions League clash with AC Milan.
With two games to go in the group stage, the Italian giants are second on five points, two points ahead of last-placed Celtic.
Rogic has made just 11 appearances for Celtic since moving to the club last January.
Socceroos coach Ange Postecoglou has said Rogic needs regular game time at club level to have a greater role in the national side.
Rogic has been linked to a possible loan move in January to Japanese club Vegalta Sendai and a reunion with his former Central Coast Mariners coach, Graham Arnold.
