      • Not much of a NRL fan anymore, but very sad news about the kid Jon Mannah.

23 is far too young to die.

        Condolences to his family.

        • A very brave hombre. You taught more lessons in your short 23 years than most of us can learn in a lifetime. Condolences to the Mannah family. You should be a very proud family.

              • A great tragedy for the family and friends of this young man, a terribly sad time for them - they will always remember him as many others will also remember him... from just the few words of his mentioned here, I will remember him.

My deepest condolences those who loved him. A time will come when your memory of him doesn't bring pain.. then he will be forever loved in memory.

                • Very sad to hear about Jon Mannah, condolences to his family & friends.

On another note, Sydney FC had their earliest training session at 8.45am? WTF? No wonder they are playing like muppets. Treat men like children and that's how they play. Anything later than 7.30 is just soft!

                  • Congrats to Delly of the St. Mary's Gaels for the buzzer beating half-court shot with 2.5 secs on the clock to beat BYU !
What a game....especially to come from being down 20-4 half-way through the first half. This team is proving to be very gritty indeed. Can't wait for the Zags and BYU games on St. Mary's home court later in the season.
