If you're not lucky enough to watch it from the Melbourne Cricket Ground, here are some of the local places to watch the match with like-minded footy fans.
Southern Cross Club at Woden
92-96 Corinna Street Woden
The Canberra Hawks Supporters group will return to the Southern Cross Club once again this year as the Hawks make their third appearance in the Grand Final in three years.
Amping up the rivalry will be the fact the Canberra Swans supporters group will also be there, and looking for a repeat of the 2012 win over Hawthorn, this time with Lance "Buddy" Franklin wearing red and white.
While the Hawks normally book out a private room, it wasn't available, so the Sports Bar will be the place to watch.
"They'll all be in there together, and I think that's great for our atmosphere," the bar manager said.
"I believe a lot of the Swans supporters do get tickets and go to the grand final [in Melbourne] but I expect a pretty decent supporter group following from both teams here."
The Southern Cross clubs in Tuggeranong and Jamison are also showing the game on their big screens. All three venues are running a Pick the Full Time Score promotion, and will be selling $3 Carlton schooners, $3 sparkling by the glass between 2pm–4pm, with meals available in the lounge areas.
Tuggeranong: Cnr Pitman and Holwell streets
Jamison: Cnr Catchpole and Bowman streets
Ainslie Football Club
52 Wakefield Ave, Ainslie
The AFL club is one of the most popular places to watch the game each year. It will be on every screen, as well as two projectors ensuring you can't miss the action, whichever way you look.
The club will be offering a couple of specials for the day including $9 for a schooner and a hot dog or $20 for a jug of beer and a bowl of wedges.
Eastlake Football Club
3 Oxley Street, Kingston
The southside club is opening its function room upstairs for the grand final for more big screens to watch the game.
"It will be on every big screen and it's a good atmosphere here too because we are an AFL club," venue manager Tim Baker said. "We usually get a really good turnout.
"Get here early and get a table if you want a great seat. They will be doing some specials in the bistro [too]," he said.
Calwell Club or Kaleen Sports Club
1 Were St, Calwell or 16 Georgina Crs, Kaleen
Both clubs are part of the Eastlake Group and will be showing the game on their big screens.
Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club
Cnr Gundaroo and Gungahlin drives, Nicholls
Part of the Ainslie Group, stick around after your golf to watch it, or head over there to see it on the big screen.
Hustle & Scout and The Forage twilight markets
Hangar #47, Fairbairn
For the not so hardcore footy fans, the markets are making sure you or your friend/significant other don't have to miss the game to experience the markets - they'll be showing a live stream of the game so you can still keep an eye on the score.
